Application: Agarose Gel Electrophoresis
| The composition and ionic strength of the
electrophoresis running buffer can greatly effect the mobility of the DNA in an
agarose gel. For that reason, it is important to maintain consistency in both
the pH as well as the ionic concentration of the running buffer. A premised or
pre-made buffer solution is one of the best ways to ensure reproducible,
