Voigt
Global carries a wide variety of scientific and general purpose thermometers.
Listed below are the most popular styles that we carry.
.

- VWR Enviro-Safe
Thermometers
- Nontoxic Contents
- Celsius Scale: -10 to +110 Celsius
- White Back
- For total immersion in water, refrigerator,
incubator, oven or open room environment
- These thermometers have a nonhazardous,
biodegradeable liquid that is dark green and easy to read. The construction of
the thermometer is soda lime glass (not lead glass). Celcius thermometers have
an accuracy of 1°C below 105°C and 1.5°C above 105°C. Accuracy
equivalent to mercury thermometers of the same type and range. Glass O.D. is
approximately 6.5mm. A statement of accuracy is provided to indicate instrument
traceability to standards provided by the National Institute of Standards and
Technology. Instructions for reuniting the liquid column are included with each
thermometer.

- VWRbrand® General Purpose Dual Scale Laboratory
Thermometers - Economical yet precise, these mercury filled thermometers
are individually calibrated and certified against equipment whose calibration
is unified with the National Institute for Standards and Technology.
Manufactured with a dual scale (Celsius and Farenheit), some can be used for
partial immersion and some for total, while all meet the ANSI / SAMA Accuracy
Specifications Z236.1-1983. Each instrument is individually calibrated against
equipment whose calibration is traceable to the National Institute of Standards
and Technology.

VWR® Infrared Thermometer Guns with Laser
Sighting
- Thermometer guns are ideal for food
preparation, pharmaceuticals, field use, electronics, and safety inspection.
Guns take instant (<1 second) temperature readings of any surface. Unique
design permits one-handed point-and-shoot readings. Laser-sighting
beam permits precise target surface aim. Features include backlighting, data
hold (freezes display reading), low-battery indicator, and °C/°F
buttons. The field of view is 50:1, indicating that the gun can read a spot
size of 15.2cm (6") from 7.6m (25') away. Guns are available with fixed
emissivity at 0.95 or adjustable emissivity from 0.101.00 in 0.01 steps.
The adjustable emissivity gun (36934-182) features high/low alarms and memory
for minimum, maximum, and average readings. A serial-numbered certificate is
provided from an ISO 17025 calibration laboratory accredited by A2LA to
indicate traceability to standards provided by the National Institute of
Standards and Technology.
