Buy Pall Culture Capsule Filters. Pall Culture Capsule Filters are specifically designed for sterilizing cell culture media. The disposable Pall Culture Capsule Filters incorporate two layers of low protein binding HT Tuffryn* (polysulfone) membranes for reliable purification. The pleated design of Pall Culture Capsule Filters allows for maximum throughput and effective filtration. The body housing and end caps of Pall Culture Capsule Filters are constructed of polycarbonate with a polypropylene core and vent plug and are sterilized by gamma irradiation. If further sterilization is desired prior to use, capsules may be autoclaved once only at 121°C (250°F) for 20 minutes at 1.0bar (15psi).
